Types of classes:

 Level 1 – Suitable for beginners, basic poses in a gentle flow with emphasis on moving with the breath. Focusing on mindful transitions and holding correct postures and applying the fundamental principles of alignment to get the most benefit from the practice.

Level 2 – Slightly more challenging than Level 1, suitable for students with some yoga experience, faster pace flow with more advanced of poses in a dynamic flow. With intelligent sequencing, the practice allows students to move deeper into variations and explore.
